These Terms govern Site use only. Apptad's consulting, implementation, managed-services, and other engagements are governed by separate written agreements (e.g., Master Services Agreements and Statements of Work). In case of conflict between those agreements and these Terms, the signed agreement controls.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Site. By using the Site you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the Site, its security, or its underlying infrastructure.

7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apptad and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Apptad's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions, Apptad's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Apptad and its affiliates from any third-party claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions) will survive.
10. Governing law and disputes
Apptad operates internationally and engagements may be subject to multiple jurisdictions. The governing law and dispute-resolution mechanism for any specific engagement will be set out in the applicable signed agreement. Disputes solely about Site use will be addressed first by good-faith discussion with our legal team at legal@apptadinc.com.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent changes.
